When is your coffee roasted?
We roast all our beans to order on Mondays and Thursdays. Orders ship the following day to ensure maximum freshness.
Do you sell pre-ground coffee?
Yes, you can select your preferred grind type (Whole Bean, Espresso, Drip, French Press) on the product page.
Store Policies
Shipping
Free standard shipping is applied to all orders over $50 within the continental US. Standard rates apply for international orders. Orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days after roasting.
Returns & Refunds
As coffee is a perishable item, we do not accept returns on roasted beans. However, if you are unsatisfied with your coffee, contact us within 14 days and we will issue a store credit. Unused brewing gear in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
